Roofers needed

The Countrywomen's Trust is seeking a qualified contractor to carry out roof repair and refurbishment works at An Grianán Adult Education College. The project includes removal of damaged roofing materials, installation of a new roofing system, flashing, waterproofing, roof insulation, rainwater goods, drainage-related works, and all associated construction activities. The contractor will be responsible for site setup, health and safety management, waste disposal, and compliance with relevant Irish building regulations. The estimated contract value is €200,000. The contract will be awarded under the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) criteria, weighted 70% price and 30% quality. Tender submissions close on 22 June 2026.
