Ceirde currently uses a pay-per-lead model for tradespeople. Homeowners can post for free, and tradespeople only pay when they decide to unlock contact details for a matching job.

Matched by trade and county

You can only unlock leads that match your trade settings and county coverage, which keeps pricing tied to relevant work.

Clear before checkout

The lead price is shown on the job before payment, and access is revealed after checkout is completed.

Current lead prices

Lead pricing is currently set by the homeowner's selected budget range at the time the job is posted.

Under EUR 500

For smaller repair or quick-callout jobs.

For standard local jobs with moderate scope.

For larger home improvement work with higher value.

For higher-value renovation and specialist jobs.

If a homeowner selects "Not sure" for budget, the platform currently falls back to a standard lead price of EUR 10.

Each lead keeps the price it had when the job was posted, so older jobs are not repriced later. At the moment, the standard fallback price for "Not sure" jobs is EUR 10 across all trades on the platform.
